Heather is a senior marketing leader with a track record of success leading high performance teams. Her background includes strategic marketing, thought leadership and brand building for MissingMoney.com (acquired), CheckFree, Bill Me Later (acquired), PayPal, GiveCorps (acquired) and most recently OrderUp (acquired).
She currently heads brand marketing for Groupon’s food and drink delivery business unit. Previously, she led all aspects of OrderUp marketing during the rapid growth period, leading to an acquisition by Groupon in August 2015.

Yair Flicker is the President of SmartLogic, a consulting company that builds custom web and mobile-based software products. SmartLogic's clients include STAQ, OrderUp, RedOwl Analytics, NewsUp, Groove Commerce, DinnerTime, and several other area startups.

He is passionate about innovative business models and the ways they can improve lives and communities. Mike is a Maryland native and a graduate of Dartmouth College.
