Leslie is a certified Executive Coach and Mentor dedicated to cultivating the insight and power in her clients that enables them to bring their best selves to the world of work and get the results they seek.
Leslie is a proven strategist & sales executive, Reiki Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, and corporate turnaround expert who is currently completing her certifications as a NLP Master. Leslie’s goal and talent is in holding a safe productive space for her clients to quickly create and experience significant and lasting breakthroughs.
Leslie uses an ontological approach; working with the way that leaders and teams “show up” and tying leadership and team effectiveness to the ‘critical few’ business metrics, e.g., growth, stakeholder satisfaction, and profitability.
In her corporate career, Leslie last served as the Chief Strategy Officer for an $18B financial subsidiary of Citi and, previously, as the Sales Performance Executive for Bank of America’s Business Bank. Leslie built her corporate reputation on her ability to turn underperforming salespeople and teams into best-in-class, healthy, vibrant, successful leaders and communities producing top-of-the-charts results.
Leslie is a strong believer in community service: she has served on thirteen Board of Directors nationally, has co-chaired the Women in Business Roundtable in San Francisco, currently advocates for the non-profit community, and is a frequent speaker and panel facilitator/participant.
